Our Commitment
Wall Canvas Art is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We continually work to improve the user experience for everyone and apply relevant accessibility standards to make our website as usable as possible.
Standards We Follow
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, language, learning, and neurological disabilities.
What We Do
- Provide descriptive alt text for all product images and artwork so screen readers can convey the visual content.
- Use semantic HTML throughout the site to support assistive technologies and keyboard navigation.
- Maintain sufficient color contrast between text and background elements for readability.
- Ensure all interactive elements (links, buttons, forms) are keyboard accessible with visible focus indicators.
- Structure content with proper heading hierarchy so users can navigate by section.
- Use responsive design so the site works across devices, screen sizes, and zoom levels.
Known Limitations
While we strive for comprehensive accessibility, some content may not yet fully meet all WCAG 2.1 AA criteria. We are actively working to identify and resolve any issues. Product images on our parent store (WallCanvasArt) are governed by that platform's accessibility practices.

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of Wall Canvas Art. If you encounter any barriers or have suggestions for improvement, please contact us through our contact page. We take accessibility feedback seriously and will do our best to respond within 5 business days.
